Main Tasks
- Daily update the sales office and its sales tools: Book, price list, competition etc.
- Identify and analyze the customer’s specific needs (number of vehicles, Models, rate of renewal, specificity of use, seasonality)
- Offer a “custom-tailored” offer as needed
- Formalize in writing the product/service offers and any specific clauses if applicable
- Present the vehicles in store or at the client’s location (static demonstration) to the appropriate interlocutors (decision-makers, prescribers, users)
- Make road tests (dynamic demonstration) to the appropriate interlocutors
- Regularly follow up of the customer to close the deal
- Write the documents relating to the sale
- Fill in the customer card for the creation of a database
- Follow the files until delivery and inform the customer
- Respond and follow up tenders and bids
Animation of the showroom
- Organize vehicle exposure and ensure regular rotation (Forecast of models to be presented, setting up, updating of POS) with the sales manager
- Create an atmosphere that allows the customer to feel confident
- Supplying the displays: catalogues, documentation products and services
- Manage stocks of documentation, flags, etc., informing management of the situation
- Welcome the client (telephone, physical), orient and inform them.
- Develop and implement commercial action plan
- Get information on local economy and companies in the industry (legal announcements, registry of Chamber of Commerce, Press, Internet, networking)
- Develop and qualify the customer portfolio
- Implement for each targeted company, or each individual client, an action plan (taking appointment, mailing, etc)
- Maintain frequent, regular and privileged contact with fleet customers (companies, short & long-term rentals, administrations)
- Identify and visit the clients financed by the rental companies
- Invite customers and prospects to product launches, exhibitions or events
- Participate in the commercial, cultural or associative events allowing to get in touch with prospects
- Propose to the management and implement once approved local partnership action (municipalities, Associations, works councils, etc)
Qualifications& Requirements
Education
- Minimum of Degree in Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- Not less than 4 years working experience in similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knows how to identify possible point of negotiation without degrading the customer’s
